Danny Tedtaotao moved from Southern California to Roseville in 2008, and has been a Westpark resident even since. Danny is a Realtor in West Roseville, where he and his wife have helped many families buy and sell homes in the community. Their real estate company has been named a Westpark Nextdoor Favorite. Danny has a passion for helping people, one of his life long purposes is to mentor at-risk-youth. 

His passion for helping people extends to his own community, he is a supporter of the area schools and junior leagues & joined the Westpark Neighborhood Association Board in early 2022. He has witnessed the community grow tremendously over the past decade & looks forward to continuing to help it come together. His hobbies include spending time with his family & neighbors, traveling, basketball, weight-lifting, dining at new restaurants, and watching movies. 

He holds Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University Sacramento.

Jessica Sellner is the Chief Financial Officer for Health Net. She leads the financial planning actions, underwriting and analytics for the company with a focus on the company's financial strengths. Her leadership scope includes forecasting and budgeting, financial planning and analysis, healthcare analytics and commercial pricing.

Sellner joined Health Net in August 2014 as Director of Finance. Serving in increasingly responsible Finance roles since then, including Vice President of Finance for all lines of business prior to her promotion to CFO. Her financial skills, as well as knowledge of the California healthcare markets, are core to her leadership role.

Sellner has served and continues to serve on numerous organizations throughout the Greater Sacramento Region, including as the Treasurer for Westpark Neighborhood Association.

Sellner earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Chico and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Scott Alvord has lived in Roseville most of his life, raised a family here and started businesses here. His adult life has been mostly focused on serving his family, the neighborhoods, and the business community. He served on the Roseville City Council since 2016 until he termed out in 2024. His past service includes 9-years as the president of Downtown Roseville Merchants, Inc. Numerous boards and commissions. He is currently the president of RCONA and RPAL and serves on the Roseville Public Safety Foundation and Golden Sierra Job Agency boards. He holds an MBA degree and a BS in Computer Science and has been married since 1986 to Karen Alvord (the city’s current vice mayor) and has seven adult children and fourteen grandchildren.

My name is Connie Logg. I have a BA in Computer Science and an MSEECS, both from U.C. Berkeley. I retired on Jan 1, 2007 from the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center where I was an R & D Computer scientist for 36 years. I moved to The Club at Westpark Dec 22, 2006. I spend much of my time in retirement traveling the world. I am very interested in what is happening in our area, and how we can maintain this wonderful living environment. I thus enjoy working as a Member-at-Large with the Westpark Neighborhood Association.  

My name is Tela Boothe. I am a Special Education Teacher working in schools in the North Sacramento area. I have been a special education teacher for about fourteen years. Recently, I graduated from San Diego State University with my Masters in Educational Leadership. I first moved to West Park in 2007 when my parents purchased a home here. After living out of the area, my husband, two kids, and I moved into our West Park home in 2018. We have enjoyed living in the West Park area, participating in neighborhood events, and watching West Park grow. I am excited to serve my first year as a Member-at-Large for the West Park Neighborhood Association.
